Privacy Policy
Plain-English summary first, full policy below. Your call data belongs to you.
LAST UPDATED: 1 OCTOBER 2026
Auravoce, Inc. ("Auravoce", "we", "us") provides AI voice-agent services to businesses ("Customers") who use them to answer and place telephone calls with their own customers ("Callers"). This policy explains what data we process, why, and the choices available to you.
1. Data we process
- Account data — name, work email, phone, company, billing details, and the configuration of your agents.
- Knowledge-base content — the website text, documents and FAQs you upload to train your agent.
- Call data — audio recordings (where enabled), transcripts, summaries, caller phone numbers, timestamps and call outcomes.
- Usage data — console activity, device and browser information, and diagnostic logs.
2. How we use it
We use data to operate the service (answering calls, booking appointments, syncing with your integrations), to bill usage, to provide support, to detect abuse and to improve reliability. We do not use Customer call recordings or transcripts to train models shared with other customers.
3. Our role for Caller data
For data about Callers, the Customer is the controller and Auravoce is the processor acting on the Customer's documented instructions under our Data Processing Addendum. Customers are responsible for providing any notices or consents required by law, including call-recording consent; Auravoce provides configurable consent prompts to assist.
4. Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period you configure (default 90 days, from 0 to 7 years). Account data is retained for the life of the account plus the period required for tax and legal purposes. You can export or delete call data at any time from the console or API.
5. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to provide the service (cloud hosting, telephony carriers, speech and language-model providers, payment processing), each bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and with the integrations you connect. We may disclose data where required by law. We never sell personal data.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based and logged. We maintain SOC 2 Type II controls and offer HIPAA Business Associate Agreements and EU/US data residency on eligible plans.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Callers should direct requests to the Customer whose agent they spoke with; we assist Customers in fulfilling them. Contact us at privacy@auravoce.com.
8. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside its region of origin we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms. EU Customers may select EU-only processing on Growth and Scale plans.
9. Cookies
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. The console uses session cookies for authentication only.
10. Changes
We will notify Customers by email at least 14 days before material changes to this policy take effect.
